We really enjoyed staying here for a destination wedding. Pros: - Stylish, updated house - We had a large group and everyone had a private space from grandparents to kids - Lots to do at the house and in the local area. I rarely heard my kids say "I'm bored!" - House came stocked with plenty of dishes/pots/pans/towels/games/beach toys/etc. - Quiet and secluded - Fantastic view - Responsive and helpful property manager. Really impressed with Matt, we had an issue with one of the A/C units and it was fixed several hours later - My kids loved Marley the cat Cons: - Rental car(s) is a must, taxi's get expensive quick especially with large groups and the house isn't really within walking distance of much. I'd say the privacy is worth it though. - Electricity cost was $500+ for a week with every bedroom occupied. This really should be absorbed by the owners at this price point. It added extra stress of worrying about usage - Main living area seating is limited to one large sectional and a long table with benches. Would like to see some chairs or other seating options added as the seating area inside filled up quick when we wanted to congregate - Jellyfish are in the water, which kept my kids out of the water for the most part - Water pressure in the showers was below average. Part of the problem was some clogged shower heads but it could also just be an island limitation Overall, this house is a great option for a large family looking to stay in Roatan! We would stay again.

The property definitely has that “wow” factor when you walk in - the open great room and the VIEW. The infinity pool blending into the teals of the ocean is beautiful. The property manager went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Do take the warnings about no see um’s (sand flies) seriously, and bring or buy reef-safe bug spray.

We had a small destination wedding here and this place is just absolutely breathtaking and magical. The staff are all wonderful and worked with our coordinator as well to make sure everything turned out perfectly and that it did! I couldn’t imagine now having gone through a resort or anywhere else. We are so incredibly thankful to have been able to have our day here and the best part is we will get to come back for anniversaries and fun trips in the future. It will forever be one of the fondest places in our hearts! Thank you so much to the staff and everyone that helped everything go so smoothly. We can’t wait to return!

We rented the Vivaro Roatan Beachfront to celebrate my 60th birthday with our 4 children, their partners and 4 grandchildren. Marty picked us up from the airport and said that the villa was even nicer than the photos and he was right on! The layout of the villa was perfect with all the bedrooms away from the main living area so babies going to bed early weren't disturbed by rousing late night card games and early morning risers. A large great room opening out to several covered seating areas provided plenty of space for our large group to spread out. The dining table fit everyone as we were treated to several wonderful dinners prepared by Chef Blackie. Mornings began with a Paddleboard/ group swim out to the reef for some amazing snorkeling. The umbrella covering the shallow end of the pool was great for the babies and sun conscious adults as well. Plentiful beach towels, soft sheets and fluffy white bath towels were appreciated by all. We made many trips into west end - an easy drive and not a bad walk either. Walked some mornings just up the main road to Fresh for coffee and baked goods. The location was great, far enough from the busy West End main drag, but easy drive distance to many attractions. Tanya, Tiffiny, Matt and Gerson responded quickly to any questions and helped us prepare beforehand for all the great adventures. A perfect place for large families or four couples since each of the master suites are lovely.
