The home is beautifully designed, incredibly luxurious, and equipped with absolutely everything we needed for a perfect vacation.nnThe outdoor showers were an unexpected highlight—such a unique and refreshing experience surrounded by nature. The views from the deck were breathtaking, and having our own private pool with those same panoramic views made every moment feel like a dream.nnA huge part of what made this stay unforgettable were the owners, Paul and Chantalle. They were incredible hosts—warm, attentive, and genuinely kind people who clearly put their heart into ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts.nnIf you’re considering a stay in Roatan, Villa Topaz is an absolute gem. We loved every minute and can’t recommend it highly enough!

Chantalle and Paul are awesome hosts. The only reason I gave this rating five stars is because I couldn’t give it 10. Incredible location, and views from all sides home very well equipped, and anything You need the host will bring you promptly. Fresh aloe for a sunburn, just ask. Transportation, anywhere, they will set that up for you. We brought our family last time and the house was perfect, this time it was a couples trip and even better can’t wait to come back again and stay at the same spot.

We had a wonderful 8 nights at Villa Topaz in the 2 BR Villa. It was beautifully constructed, designed and furnished. No touch was missed. The hosts, Chantalle and Paul, are responsive, helpful and generous with their time and recommendations. They were also not intrusive to our family time. The perfect hosts. I recommend this slice of paradise for a family trip or a get away with friends. Oh and beautiful views all around.

We had a beautiful stay at the Village. Every single detail was thought of. From the high end mattress, to the motion lights at your feet at night - spectacular! Chantalle and her husband made themselves available for anything. Everything was super easy and enjoyable!! Thank you!

We spent an unbelievable week at Villa Topaz and can’t wait to return. The hosts (Chantelle and Paul) are incredible and immediately felt like friends. They were super helpful in getting us set up with private chef meals, rides to and from the airport, a car to use while we were in town and massages on our last day. The two-bedroom villa was perfect for two couples and felt like a wonderful oasis. Safe, beautiful, clean and spacious. The location was also ideal as a jumping off point to either walk down to West Bay/Kismet beach bar or drive to West End or further up the island. Counting down the days until we return!
