The food is absolutely amazing. The service provided by the team, led by Vanesa and Gina, has been among the best we have ever experienced. I highly recommend this place. Their ceviche is as fresh as it gets.

Turquoise Bay Resort is one of those places that feels like it was made for slowing down and soaking in the beauty of Roatán. The setting is absolutely stunning—lush grounds, calm waters, and beautiful accommodations that strike the right balance between comfort and Caribbean charm.nnWe stayed in one of the bungalows, and everything about the room and the view was first-rate. The food was excellent across the board—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The bungalow dining experience was especially memorable and felt genuinely special.nnService, however, was a bit uneven. Some servers were friendly, attentive, and quick to help, while others were harder to flag down. We even had one round of drinks disappear, which isn’t ideal at an all-inclusive where you want to enjoy the full experience.nnStill, when you’re sitting under the palms, overlooking turquoise water, it’s easy to forgive a few hiccups. The setting and atmosphere more than make up for them.

My best friend and I had the best time staying in an ocean suite king room. It was awesome how close our room was to everything, and since the dive shop and the resort staff are so well-integrated, the whole experience felt completely seamless. Booking our trip to Turquoise Bay was also incredibly seamless—the staff was super responsive, answered all our questions, and worked with us with a short turnaround time. During our stay, the resort gave us a one-gallon water jug which we could refill at various refill stations all over the resort. We also got incredible Swedish massages right on the beach and literally passed out from the relaxing waves and the massage. Our days had a perfect rhythm of diving, eating, and relaxing. The security made us feel safe, and the staff were all so kind and caring, making sure we were comfortable and well-fed the entire time. And seriously, the food was delicious!nnThank you, Turquoise Bay, for the incredible stay. If you want to dive in Roatan, this is the place to come—it's truly great!
