Had an incredible dinner here. Food was absolutely delicious. Service was top notch. This is an absolute must visit while in Roatán especially if you’re celebrating a birthday. The blueberry cheesecake was outstanding.

This was one of the best meals we have had in Roatan. Every dish was delicious, obvious care an attention was given to every aspect of the dish, from fabulous ingredients to perfect presentation. We had the chef's special cheese selection which was whipped feta with cranberries and pistachios, truly amazing! The portion was very generous for an appetizer, but it could have done with a couple of more pieces of bread to go with the incredible spread. We also had the special brie and basil spaghetti and the Tuscan Shrimp pasta for our main dishes. They were both very good, but the Tuscan Shrimp was beyond good! It was rich, flavourful and just a little spicy! I highly recommend it! My only criticism would be that the pasta was unevenly cooked, some pieces were perfectly cooked and some were undercooked and stuck together. The service was truly outstanding, our waiter Mike was attentive and friendly.nSilversides is seriously an amazing restaurant and I can not recommend it highly enough.
