Came to Roatan via cruise ship and we were pleasantly surprised by the clear communication and flexibility of the five star tour operators! We chose the zip line, animal encounter, and chocolate factory tour and we felt safe, had fun, and got to do so much more than we expected. Hands down, the best excursion of our entire cruise and our driver, JB, ensured that we were extremely well taken care of. The zip line was definitely a little scary but it was a lot of fun. The animal encounter was just a few animals but we did get to hold some of them and the guides were very knowledgeable. We will definitely be using five star tours when we return to Roatan!

Our guide, Wilson, gave us an amazing tour of the island of Roatan (no cast away jokes please)! We had just the best time with him snorkeling 3 different dive locations. I thought they were going to drive us to three separate locations, but it was one boat ride with three dive areas. The blue channel is cool and so deep and there were starfish and colorful fish everywhere! The dive guides were so patient with my daughter, towing her for a bit on a life ring until she got the hang of snorkeling. My husband said it was the best snorkeling he had ever done, and he has been many places in the world to dive.nnMy family also had an amazing time at the monkeys and sloths. Holding a sloth is probably the highlight of the trip for me. Having monkeys jump on your head and steal your hat is also pretty hilarious. At the end, they sold us all of the Digital photos they had taken the entire time at the monkey place for $40. Considering that some places charge this much for a single printed photograph this is a great deal!nnI am always a little bit nervous to book with a company outside of the cruise line, but they aimed to get us back at port two hours before all aboard time which definitely made me more comfortable. We would book with 5 stars again in a heartbeat! 💗

My family had a cruise ship stop scheduled for Roatan. We knew we wanted to see sloths. I contacted them through Viator while on our ship actually the night before! They were able to accommodate our group of 8. Susie was our guide and she was terrific, giving us a tour of the island and going to a monkey and sloth sanctuary. We spent over an hour at Manawacky sanctuary and fun with the critters. Then we continued on with our island tour and made a beach stop some swam and we had lunch. The lunch setting was really nice, though they were very slow at making the food and there was hardly anyone in the place. We also made a stop at a local chocolate factory. Our tour was about 6 hours, it was great!
