From the moment we walked into the penthouse, we were captivated. The space is thoughtfully designed, managing to feel both luxurious and incredibly comfortable all at once. With floor-to-ceiling windows and a stunning wraparound deck, you are constantly surrounded by the most breathtaking ocean views, from sunrise to sunset.nI stayed here with a group of friends, and the setup was absolutely perfect for us. The bedrooms are private and cozy, the kitchen had everything we could possibly need, and the common areas are so open and inviting. Some of our best memories were the simple ones—gathering on the deck to watch the sun dip below the horizon or spending an evening playing cards while listening to the waves.nOur days fell into a wonderful rhythm. We'd spend our mornings diving with the incredible crew at Moana Divers and our afternoons playing pickleball in West End. The evenings were a culinary adventure, with unforgettable meals at Pazzo, Roatan Oasis, Silversides, and Mila del Mar. Every night felt like a celebration.nReef16 is more than just a beautiful place to stay—it elevates the entire Roatán experience. I honestly can’t imagine visiting the island again and staying anywhere else. It’s that special.

This was our second time to Roatan and first time staying at Reef16. This vacation rental exceeded my expectations. The location was a short walk to town and our dive location, which was very nice. The rental was just gorgeous with full views of the ocean, clean, and extremely well maintained. A couple features that we just loved were the large ice maker, washer/dryer, espresso maker and all of the cooking appliances you would ever ask for. Ramona was excellent and answered any and all questions we had promptly. I would highly recommend this property over staying in a hotel any day!

We had an unforgettable stay at the Reef16 Penthouse on Roatan! The check-in was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed by the Property Manager, who made us feel right at home. The Penthouse itself was pristine, with everything beautifully furnished and thoughtfully designed. It was spacious, luxurious, and the cleanliness was impeccable.nnThe large windows offered panoramic views that made us feel as though we were right on the water. We watched stunning sunrises and sunsets daily! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we found every amenity we could need—it’s truly a well-equipped paradise.nnDuring our stay, we went diving with Sun Divers and Moana Divers, both of whom were fantastic. We appreciated the professionalism and stunning dive spots they introduced us to.nnBeyond diving, we explored Half Moon Bay, spending an afternoon snorkeling and lounging on the boat swing. We also took a water taxi to West Bay Beach for a perfect beach day. Dining in Roatan was a delight too! We enjoyed dinners at Roatan Oasis, SilverSides, and The Beach House, all of which we’d highly recommend.nnReef16 is the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and adventure—an absolute gem! We were blown away as soon as we walked in. This place looks like the vacation of your dreams! Million dollar views but also relaxed and unassuming. The condo is perched atop a stylish and crisp villa with expansive ocean views in every direction. It was clean, airy, well appointed and stylish. It was comfortable and elegant and there was enough space for everyone to have their own space but also lovely for gatherings around the dining table, the open kitchen, the two balconies or the beautiful pool. You can snorkel off the property. The bathrooms and kitchen were fully equipped and the espresso machine was amazing! Beds were comfortable and we slept well. 5 minute walk into town with shops, bars, wonderful restaurants, (we LOVED Roa Tacos!!), MANY Dive Shops (we used Native Sons) but the condo is also very quiet and secluded. Safe to walk at night too. Ramona, the property manager was welcoming, attentive and thorough in her tour. This place has it all! We can't wait to come back!
