After our 2nd trip over to roatan for my residency, we stayed at the Reef House both times and can not praise the owners and staff enough they managed to sort us two rooms at late notice the hotel was full but with most guests out diving nothing was too much trouble when ordering meals as I'm a picky eater, rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, plenty of sunloungers to lay relax and take in the beauty of the reef until sundown...everyone working at the Reef House are really friendly, compassionate in their work and welcoming everything was just perfect for our stay, we felt so relaxed and at ease just like sitting with family and friends at home the guests alike lovely people who have been return guests for many years. We 100% RECOMMEND The Reef House we cannot comment on diving as we don't dive but guests we spoke to were saying it was the best. We will be back at the Hotel in September look forward to seeing you from Mr and Mrs Smith .

Reef House Resort on tiny Oak Ridge Cay was lovely and quiet. Our room had an ocean view and a porch swing often shared with a friendly white cat. The shallow, rock-lined pool in front of the bar is great for snorkeling and floating. Our last night, the bartender said we knew the menu and didn't have to get out; what would we like for dinner? We chose Reef House for uncrowded diving, and it was spectacular. We walked to the boat with all the gear set up, then cruised through turquoise water for about 10 minutes. We dropped over the edge of a wall covered in colorful creatures, surrounded by endless blue; then repeat.

The Reef House resort made us feel like family from the moment we arrived until we left. Food and service is amazing and not to mention the diving and snorkelling. It is truly a great place and will most definitely return.

We loved the diving and the relaxed atmosphere when we stayed at the Reef House in Aug '23. There is a lot of smoking at the bar restaurant, you could easily sit in a different spot away from it for the most part. The house pool is amazing for night snorkeling. I don't know how, but Davit the dive master finds tiny, amazing sea creatures.
