Michael - I have to say you are hands-down the best fishing guide I have had the pleasure of fishing with. My goal was to see a Permit and maybe have a chance to cast at a few of them...you destroyed that goal within 30min of the first day, when we landed my first permit on the fly!!! I did not think there was a way to top that..I did not expect to hit a GRAND SLAM later that afternoon on Day 1!! And then another couple of permit the next morning...insanity! I had an absolute blast. You are a wonderful, patient teacher with a great sense of humour. The food was incredible and I loved the waterfront condo you put me up in. And then to top if all off, you take me for a spin on the boat and we catch a 400lb shark for fun. This truly was a trip of a lifetime! I can't wait to be back my friend!

Always fun to go fishing with Michael! He is the best Fly Fishing guide in Honduras. Want permit? He puts you in the spot to have an opportunity. Hooked one and lost it this time. But got very nice bonefish and a fightful tarpon! I will come back everything time is possible!

Michael can see the fish from miles away. Even in bad conditions Michael still put me on my first ever grand slam on my first ever day salt water fly fishing!

I have inshore fly fished around the gulf and Atlantic coasts of the US, Mexico, Belize, and Roatan. I have been to pacific islands to fish. There is one place I always go back to and it is because of Michael. He knows the fish on Roatan and knows how to help an angler make the magic of catching a permit happen. In all my travels, I’ve used many guides, but Michael stands out above them all.
