Captain vans rentals had good affordable prices to rent bikes and vehicles also very convenient, that is if you stay near to one of the resorts in west bay. I had to put down a deposit and got back very quickly I will definitely comeback next year.

Booked a 250 enduro dirtbike for our week stay on island. Best decision ever! In and out of Captain Van's with the keys in no time. What an amazing way to see the island. Def different than riding stateside in the US but it was an epic amount of fun! If you know how to ride, don't hesitate and do it.

This place was great!! They had an impressive selection of local fare, the prices were very reasonable, and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. We went back a number of times to grab stuff (and it wasn't just because Murray was our hometown of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada...lol). It's a great place!

We were staying in the West End and while walking one day, stumbled upon Captain Van’s. Looking at their rates for car rentals, we decided to rent a car for the day later in the week. We picked up our car on Friday and Elizabeth really took care of us. She provided a detailed map of the island and pointed out several areas to visit, along with tips on getting around the road construction. Lots of road construction while we were there. We also spent some time learning about her, where she came from and some of the history of the Bay Islands. The car was great and everything worked out well. While I recommend the car rental from Captain Van’s, it would not have been the same without Elizabeth. She is a wonderful person and all the information about traveling on the island was perfect.

Just a wonderful experience. Came off of a cruise ship, picked up at port brought over to west end and flew through the rental process with Elton. Just super friendly and found out he was a fellow Raptor 660 owner. Just all around great service. Murray was super communicative over email before our trip and had everything set up. Machines were well taken care of and maintained. Helmets were clean and had a wide variety of sizes. Can’t say enough good about our experience. Will definitely rent with next time we come to the island!
