Recently had a family vacation in Roatan. It was my first time there. Gorgeous Island with wonderful snorkeling/diving. Met Captain Juan at the recommendation of a family member who has been going to the island for many years. He has used Juan many times before. Captain Juan, his son and his first mate Jose are top notch. They were extremely knowledgeable about the island and its history. They were also extremely helpful and friendly. Their service is exceptional and extends way beyond water taxi service, or diving/snorkeling services. As Capt Juan is a lifetime resident of the island, he knows most everyone (if not everyone 😀) that offer services on the beach and in West Bay. He was able to negotiate cheaper prices for services like jet skis and parasailing for us. Bottom line is, when we go back, we will be contacting Captain Juan and using him for all of our aquatic adventures. They made the trip so much easier with a lot less stress. I'm not a big haggler and just want to relax on vacation. He and his family/crew made this possible. Thank you Capt Juan and Jose. I, and the rest of the "Brady Bunch" look forward to seeing you all again.

Jose took me on a night snorkel to see the string of pearls phenomena. I followed his briefing instructions and everything was exactly as he said!! Incredible. I felt very safe even though we didn't use lights. I was amazed at the ease of it all. I'm going to get recertification for diving and I won't be using night lights in the future...as long as I'm with Jose who I now trust with my life... I never liked the idea of blinding the sea creatures so this is for me. I'm very excited... I could have a new addiction ‼️ Sandra

Capt. Juan is the "best"; his customer service is unbeatable. The level of professionalism shown in my "Around the Island Tour" that included snorkeling at Palmeto wreck, trolling fishing on our way to Santa Helene mangroves were we saw crocodiles, baby reef sharks, baby spotted eagle rays, baby sting rays, and many more species. A special highlight on the trip was to see the Pirate Fort Ruins at Port Royal. Returning trip included a visit to Oak Ridge also known as the "Venice of Roatan". Nothing tastes better like a fresh caught Wahoo ceviche on board! I highly recommend supporting local venues like the one offered by Capt. Juan. I'll see you in my next vacation to Roatan. Thanks!
