This was an incredible experience!! $15 to interact with guinea pigs, sloths, monkeys and beautiful birds! Our guides, Hasten & Dylan, were top notch and made the tour a blast!! Can’t recommend this place enough!

What a wonderful place to visit! We booked a trip with them for the morning our cruise ship was in port (we booked directly through their website), we walked out to meet our driver who drove us to and from the location. The tour was with a small group and we truly enjoyed it. The animals we amazing and the people were great!

We just happened to come here off of a cruise ship.This is probably one of the best days of my life.. I got to meet a sloth family, a family of guinea pigs, makaws and green parrots and of course my Hairdressing monkeys.. Life is good and I can't wait to be back here again for sure.Very cool Place!!!The people that work there are fantastic too.Do yourself a favor,Hire the photographer, he got the funniest pictures of us.We just got the downloads and have never laughed so hard in our lifes.. Do yourself a favor and go here!! The people were extremely friendly here too

My family was on the island while on a cruise and did not have an excursion planned. We ended up taking a taxi and the driver took us to AJs Monkey and Sloths and were not disappointed! The fee was only $15 per person and so worth it!!!! First we held Guinea pigs, then got to touch Sloths! We weren’t able to hold them because of laws changing but it was still so cool to be able to see them close up and touch them. Then we weren’t able to see the birds and lastly got to go in a cage with the monkeys. They were so fun! They kept jumping around our heads while the employees gave us pieces of apples to feed them. Just be prepared to have dirty in your hair and clothes. But worth every penny!

AMAZING!!! This is a must-do activity in Roatan. We had such an incredible experience with the sloths at AJ's. The extremely knowledgeable and nice staff gave my wife a flower to feed to a sloth, which was a magical, unique experience (see pictures). We got to take our time with the sloths and did not feel rushed. Our visit was mid-July, 2025.nnYou do not hold the sloths here, which is completely fine! It is nice knowing and seeing that they take excellent care of these beautiful, gentle creatures. As you can see in the pictures, we had an unbelievable experience with the sloths, and there was no need to also hold them.nnThe guinea pigs were also surprisingly cute and fun! Additionally, they also have monkeys and large, colorful, beautiful Macaws.nnAfter arriving, you will want between 30 - 90 minutes at AJ's. We spent about 60 minutes there.
